I bought my 01 XJ a little over a year ago. After only driving it for a few months, I was faced with fixing the notorious 0331 head. Once I swapped in the new head, I thought my troubles would be resolved (I'm a novice in terms of cars). Clearly that hasn't been the issue...after parking the Jeep for several months, I decided to try to revive it because I missed it quite a bit. Anyway, although the Jeep runs, it has a constant ticking sound. It's not an overly loud tick, but it is apparent. I've also noticed the oil pressure fluctuates between driving and idling. So can someone possibly help me diagnose what's wrong with my Jeep at this point? I've been told so many different scenarios, but I wouldn't truly know the difference. Could it be worn out bearings?

my guess is a lifter, maybe even a small exhaust leak.
i have an exhaust leak that makes a ticking sound.
if you could, maybe take a video of it and it'll help all of us on here better diagnose it.
