Default lookin to redo the suspension on my cherokee

so i lifted it 4.5 inches a couple years ago just did a cheap rough country lift..big mistake.. so i got some extra cash and am looking to redo some things.... i would need an adjustable trac bar new upper and lower control arms quick disconnects..and maybe what ever else you guys can suggest . i was talking to someone and they said that adjustable upper and lower control arms wear out quick.. is this true...i'm also looking to get new tires also..if you guys could help me out a little bit and steer me in the right direction on what brand i should go with that would be great i'm not looking to go threw it again i want to do it right this time

i'm sure this question is on here a million times

also should add i'm a weekend wheeler i drive it to work most of the time

not sure what your budget is by a la kit is the best thing iv done along with 35s and lockers and rides alot nicer than the stock short arms

no my adjustable arms did not wear out quick, besides if they have a jj at one end they theyre re buildable for like 20 bucks.

Again, without knowing your budget I'd suggest the RE 3.5" kit. Comes with everything & you'll have the same 4.5" that you had, RE kits run taller than advertized.

if you can afford it go long arm... the ride quality is SO much better... Since you mentioned RC is junk, I figured I would share a picture. Look at the coil differences between Ironrock Offroad 4" coils and RC 3" coils... No wonder the Jeep handles so much better now...

I'm running the Ironrock three link long arm at 4.5" and LOVE IT.

i built my own kit that is almost identical to frankz's kit and i love it, i think franks suggestion is a winner along with some re springs.

oh and yes re runs high. my "4.5 inch" springs let me run 35s with minimal rubbing on the long arm kit
