ARB's front and rear, solenoids wired so they work independently. I love that they are instant.

I bought the Jeep with the rear installed, bought a used front for $500, had it installed along with 4.56's for $200.

The aussies are auto lockers, meaning they are locked normally, and unlock to allow turn on the road. for $150 is pretty cheap Aussies are like $ 250+/- new. ARB,OX are $ 650-750 new, and require the gears to be setup, Aussies just replace the spider gears. Hope this helps. FYI $200 to have an ARB installed is an awesome price most shops charge 8hr labor@ $50-$70/hr to set ring and pinion.

Same here. Had an ARB in my D30 for 11 yrs now, and the rear 8.25 got one 5 yrs ago. Only problems I've had is one air leak, and replaced a relay once. LOVE hitting a switch and being fully locked, and hitting it again and not knowing you even have them on pavement. It will cost you your left nut though. Approximately $1500-$1600 for FF/RR lockers and the compressor, and that doesn't include labor cost to install if you have a shop do it.

That's good to hear that you've had them that long and no real issues. I doubt I would have spent the coin for both & the Viair OBA system, but having bought the XJ with most of it NIB, I decided to get a front locker for it too.

Going tomorrow to test it out again. Can't wait!

Um, by cable locker if you're referring to the Ox Locker it's not cheaper. In fact I think those tend to run about $50 more than the ARB's. Honestly, if full case lockers like ARB, Detroit, or Ox are not in your budget the Aussie is the best lunch box locker on the market if you ask me.

Another thing to consider is the carrier strength between full lockers and lunchbox lockers. To be honest, if I had built a rig from stock, I would have probably bought the Aussies. But I'm real glad to have selectables.
