Just bought a 99 Cherokee Classic (my 3rd Cherokee) and this one is having electrical issue, which I know nothing about. The windows all work from the driver's side but from nowhere else. Also, the locks do not work at all from any door. I read where the locks could be taken care of from the passenger side, but can't find a seem to find an answer for the windows. The last issue is that the radio does not turn off when you kill the car. I have to remove the faceplate to turn it off. Any suggestions, or help would be appreciated.
I don't have any suggestions on the windows other than wiring issues or bad switches but double check that the 12v power constant isn't connected to the 12v ignition on and vice versa. It's and easy mistake to make if your rushing through it. I have accidentally hooked up the amps 12v remote wire to constant when I was in a hurry and it was killing my battery. Good luck!

The one thing that bothers me is the radio, it has some unknowing soul possibly being into the wiring at some point. If they have been it "could" have a link to some of your other problems.
I'm like you very little electrical experience here but if I see where someone has jury rigged wiring anywhere, I pass on that car, truck or 4x4. I have bought and sold quite a few cars in my life but these I learned my lesson on early, deep in my wallet.

Sounds like no one wired the ignition lead on your aftermarket radio.
I would check any fuses for the door locks.
Your window "lock" button on the drivers door is permanently on. This is caused by bad solder joints on the circuit board in the drivers door. Find the videos on YouTube on how to fix this. Takes about an hour or two and a soldering iron. Its a free fix!
