I have to do something with mine this Spring. I think I'll be checking out the Herculiner thanx to your thread. Looks really good. Is it much of a hassle applying it?

No hassle applying it, just time consuming. it takes more time to prep than to actually apply it. I have actually done it twice and once again this summer. I'm thinking of taking it around on to the hatch using the same lines. One thing though, it will fade and pretty quickly. You can use the UV protectant on it to keep it from fading. I may do that this time around, but I kinda like the flat black look.

Default Door Jambs

Would the herculiner work on the door jambs, or should I just use paint? I've been thinking of just taping a clean line just inside the edge of the door and leaving the rest tan. Any suggestions please?

For those looking at bedline idea. check out Raptor Liner, Its made by U-POL you can get it in a kit with the gun and it lays out soooo nice, We've used it quite a few times at a few jobs doing bedliners with it, looks amazing and lays out nice and easy. Its available in black and tintable. which you can tint with any base coat tint, Sorry for rambling, just a big fan of how good it works

Default Satin Paint

Has anyone ever spraybombed a car a flat or satin color? I am wondering if you need to spray a satin clear over it to prevent it from fading and chalking like primer does. Any suggestions on brands?
