Don't want to keep anyone from doing the spacer thing numerous times but I would consider 1" spacer as a minimum if you plan on a new front bumper and a winch. The added weight will be in the neighborhood of 150-200 pounds so plan on it or plan on multiple spacer changes.
To make the front go by easy, disconnect the lower control arms, trackbar, sway bar links and draglink at the pitman arm. Also remove the calipers and hang them up somewhere. They will allow you to drop the axle all the way out so the springs just fall into your hands. I dunno if your kit includes lower arms but if it does, you'll be 1/2 way done since the lower arms are already disconnected.
The rear will be a PITA if your bolts are seized. If it seems like they are, tighten them back up then loosen again and repeat till it comes out. Don't force em or you'll be
on the jeep. If they are seized to the leaf spring bushings, cut em off with a sawzall and then use a pipe wrench to screw out what's left in the frame rail.
For the upper shock bolts, try an impact. Don't just nail the trigger and let it rip em out. Tap on it forward, then tap on it in reverse, slowly unscrewing and screwing them back in about 1/8" turn over and over till they come out. This loosens the rust so it doesn't build up and seize, resulting in a broken bolt. Mine were 150% seize and i almost gave up till i used the impact. It loosened them right up and all this rust came falling onto my face.
Good luck and post pictures
