i am looking to go to at least 4 1/2 up front i already have a 3in lift what else do i need to do for a 4 1/2 up front?

 

It really depends what 3" lift you have... you could just use spacers and some long boomerang shackles, you'll need new shocks, or you could get some bar pin eliminators that add 1/2 to 2" to your shock mounts. you might need new Lower control arms...What 3" lift do you have and what did it come with, that'll help

 

i have the RC 3in lift i believe all i have is springs an shocks up front an the 3in leafs in the rear if i need to get shocks will f150 shocks up front work for the 4.5

 

Just use some coil spacers up front, and go with a shackle relocation kit in the rear.

 

but am i going to need to do my break lines or anything else
