In the past he(Rusty) has had some defective parts and bad welds. Check everything carefully before you trust your life to it. As mentioned Rusty has some good things too. I would not use his stuff because I fear that I may overlook a bad part as I am installing it and have it break at a bad place or time and get me or mine killed.
