Sorry JMM been busy yes its gonna be a daily driver, i just figured lift it as much as possible instead of doin a 3-4 in lift and then deciding to go bigger or wishin i did in the beginning. Im in the process of ordering the High-Performance Jeep Cherokee XJ Builder's Guide, 1984-2001 so i know what im gettin in to though

Thats a good start. It has a ton of useful information in it. Im not trying to steer you away from it but with that much lift your going to be spending a ton of money. Long arms will be a must which will help you out with ride comfort and it will flex like a mother. All your steering components upfront will have to be replaced with heavy duty ones, a sye, extended brake lines, and you will probably want to upgrade the axles to 4.10's or 4.56's and the list goes on and on. You will be putting a ton of time and money into it, but if your cool with that then go for it. Just do some research before you start throwing money into it. As with any lift you will encounter all sorts of problems that will have to be worked out. Anytime you change angles of something that has been that way for 10+ years you will run into small issues.

That would help you out a lot. People on this forum are usually pretty good about solving almost any problem but in the end you wil have to do the work. Although some people on here will help if there is beer involved. haha

Why did you take the CA out? Well How I did mine was jacked the jeep up from the "frame" untill the wheels were off the ground a little then put jack stands under it. Then I used my jack under the axle till the arms lined up.
