lift question
i have a 3 inch long arm skyjacker on a 96 xj and i want to know if i add a 2 inch lift shackle lift and 2 inch coil spacers am i going to need longer pitman arm or anythin else?..... i guess it would be a 5 inch lift total. the rear already has 3 inch blocks. kinda looks like a half *** lift job but it works and looks good, just want it a lil higer. i was told the xj already has a tranny drop.
i would get rid of the blocks as they will crack get springs for the rear and shacles to get your lift height i wouldnt get more then 3.5 springs for the rear after that the arch of the springs will hurt your flex and yes you will need a pitman arm an adjustrable trackbar longer brakelines longer shocks and possibly an SYE depending if you have vibes or not

At 5 inches I would be more concerned with the angle of the front control arms. At that height you should go with longarms or at least control arm drop brackets.
