Default Lift Kit

Im planning on putting on some LT235/75R15 GDY WRL SilentArmor tires

I have a 1992 Jeep Laredo

Its all stock. I want to lift it a bit, so I was thinking about a 3" lift kit.

Would this be enough or should I go more?

I use the XJ for my Daily Driver, I do like to go and play with is a bit.

I currently have 205/60R15 tires on it with 3 32nd's all the way around.

I went to play in the mud and I didn't get stuck (yet), but I did have

trouble climbing some small mounds of dirt and mud.

So would a 3" lift be enough or 2" lift kit or should I just leave it alone?

you outta be able to run 235/75 with stock suspension. look at my pics, my tires before the lift were 235/75 15's.

235 is barely larger then the larger stock size of 225 or 215.

i am putting a 3.5 on and am going to end up getting 30s

naah. never. besides you can see how sagged my rear was, and i could still fit 30x9.5 with no rub, but no extra clearance.
