But i dont think they will work. I think they are tuff enough but they are much larger than i thought they were. so i am going to move on and do a bastard pack down the line. Thanks

this is way you shouldnt run blocks,this xj owner found out the hard way as he was making a turn. this pic should be the poster child for all people that want blocks.

If the springs are that flat, I would recommend, for a cheap way, and somewhat temporary, to add a leaf to the spring pack to restore the arch, and then use greasable shackles to get the lift. I'm just not a bick fan of spring blocks.

Mine work fine. There must have been something wrong with the springs that broke. How would a block cause the springs to break?

Your springs are beginning to have a negative arch at the front. Once that starts...goodbye lift, hello sagging leafs.

Shoot, I was just trying to help the dumb and cheap people (quote there not my words) without giving them problems. 3" is way too much, 1.5" won't hurt a thing!
