Thanks coach Ill try it the way to suggest. your sure on the o ring for the quick connect because that does not seem to be leaking?

if the quick disconnect isn't leaking I wouldn't do anything to it. Mine was leaking so I cut it off and hose clamped it. I did this with the air box removed, didn't have any problems getting that fitting installed. Flared fittings do leak some times, hopefully this will fix it. Good luck!!

I think you can turn that nut independently (of the tube). Maybe you don't need to pull the Rad. I'm not sure there. Sometimes those are just a little hard, but it turns. Yea, like a brake line.

Yea, get that O ring out of there. Partly my fault, I didn't catch that you put it in there. As Coach says, the flair on the end of the tube seats on the yellow.
