With the suddenness of the "clicking", and it being an '01... I'd be worried you might have the same problem i had. I didn't keep driving mine long enough for it to quit though. Mine was a broken piston skirt. Ran fine even with that problem... Oil pressure didn't change, no over heating, no loss of power, etc.. Just started ticking out of nowhere.

Who knows until you tear into it though...

Is the line next to any moving parts that the bracket would hold it away from?

You can probably cut it and just do a zip tie fix until you replace the bracket. Or you can pick up the right angle wrench like the other guy stated...

I'll cut it since I need to keep moving on this. Not picking up the wrenches today, being the holiday and all.
