Leaky thermostat housing ?!

Someone save me . Thermostat housing won't stop leaking coming from bottom bolt have tried new gasket three times any tips ?

remove and clean all hardened gasket with scraper and or wire brush.
then use a new gasket and add some RTV on both sides of gasket and bolt it back up. don't start it for at least half hour to give time for the RTV to dry.
if that doesn't work, maybe you have a metal problem of some sorts, either a scratched/gouged surface or deteriorated waterpump bolt jacket.

had this problem...... housing was warped. Clean housing very well and on a very flat surface with some medium grit sand paper make it flat again. If you are good you can use a large flat file instead. Only other thing (other than being dirty still) is a crack in the housing.
