Mine looks like it's coming in in-between the door and weather stripping it drips pretty bad. I dont know what to replace or fix because everything looks fine

I also have this problem, but I have about a 1/2-inch gap in the rubber between the main "square" part of the window and the vent window - I think that's because someone swapped my former vent windows for regular glass before I got the truck. Hence, it's not exactly a factory issue in my case.
It's also worth noting that the drip rail on the roof ends right above that section of the weatherstripping... :P
I haven't cared enough to fix it myself yet because 1) it only appears as a problem at the automatic car wash and 2) I've got crank windows, so I'm not worried about any switches. But any theories on what might help would still be appreciated.

What year are your cars? Mine does that and I would suspect the door hinges. They start pulling away from the body after a while. I think jeep fixed it around 97 or 99 just in time to discontinue. There was a tsb about it.

How tough is it to replace the hinges, if you know?

If your hinges and weatherstripping are in good shape, you may have just treaked the door away from the frame while 4wheeling like I did. I developed a leak in the very same spot. Open your driver's side door and gently with a HUGE emphasis on GENTLY pull in on the top of your door window frame until you see it move just a tad. Close the door and test it by spraying that area with a garden hose.
As I said this method will only work if you know your hinges are good and your weather stripping is good and you know you flexed your Jeep out enough to possibly have tweaked the frame.
