Default leak oil pan drain bolt

Oil pan drain bolt seems to be leaking. It is not bad but that drop that comes out blows on the items behind and makes a mess. Any suggestions on a fix?

I tried teflon and that did not work.

Blue RTV sealer? But it is almost impossible to get the bolt and the female portion dry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That a pretty obvious solution. I did not because I thought the bolt was a "special" bolt ... just checked with the dealer - $1.36.

Any other suggestions?

The rear main seal is another issue. I fixed that about 6 months ago.
