Leaf Spring SNAPPED!!!!
MY leaf spring snapped beacuse the kid that was supposed to be watching the tow strap let it wrap around my axel instead of my trailer hitch and it snapped the main leaf on the passenger side. I was stuck in a snow drift getting pulled out by a fellow XJ and we had a 100Ft tow strap because it had to be that long beacuse no one could get to me.
I ahve pictures but in the garage not on the site.

well as you kno an aal aint worth a fart in a tin can right now, so full springs are your only option, you could always get a junkyard spring that will be your cheapest option, check out www.car-part.com that will give a listing of most avail parts from junkyards in your area along with prices

i dont kno off the top of my head of any that will be the right size and all that but what you can do is get two xj springs and do a bastard back with some s10 springs to get you the lift you need, thats what i did with mine, its a stiff ride but it gives you the lift you need

my leafs were saggin really bad, i got the Rubicon Express 3.5" Super Ride kit with full leaf packs, definitely worth it. for the cost of new XJ leaf packs, plus whatever other leafs you get to make bastard packs, it would be worth it to just get new full packs, besides id rather be on new packs then old ones. you'll get closer to 4" with the RE packs, get some shackles and you'll be set. also, i didnt realize you could bust a leaf like that, i pulled my friend out of a snow bank and i dont have any tow points in the back so i just wrapped the tow strap on my axle haha
