Leaf Spring Bushings
Not sure where to ask this. I'm getting ready to install some Rancho 1.5" lift leaf springs. I'm thinking I would rather get some rubber bushings instead of the poly ones. The Rancho leaf spring eyes are 1.5" diameter on both ends so OEM bushings won't work. But I need to know what the other dimensions are of the OEM bushing so I can try to find some rubber ones to fit.

Don't want to have to tear them apart to re-lube every couple of months. Heard poly squeaks bad. Already started spraying, but I already had it mostly apart a few months ago when I did shackles and removed my rear sway bar.

I got a new jeep, stripped my OME 2 inch lift off the old one and put it on the new one. Both had poly bushings. No squeaks on either.

Oh... and I never greased them beyond when I initially installed them to get them together. I do wish I had replaced the shackles at the same time though. Hind sight 20/20.
