Has anybody tried these on their Cherokee?

I went to a automotive store and felt these KYB Monomax and have to say they were twice as hard as the Ranchos(soft in my opinion for the price)

I remember the old KYB "Gas a Just" on the Datsuns 510s(rally cars) One would have to make sure to put the bushings on bolt the lower part of shock then point the top of shock thru the hole and cut the strap p otherwise youll bust a nut trying to compress that shock.

 

Yes I have them on now and I think they ride great for the price. They aren't as good as the Bilstein 5100's but I think they are better than most shocks out there. Put them on myself without a problem too.

I had gone to Napa and got soem cheap shocks and find out the old ones were bettrer than the new Napa ones. I got my money back.
But want to to get a good shock. Felt the Monomax and was impressed. better than the Ranchos, the ones I felt. stock height jeep

 

I've been using KYB's for over 30yrs. Never had one fail. In fact I have two Gas-A-Justs that were on my '78 Power Wagon that are still good.

I've got MonoMax on my Cherokee and recently put a set of Gr2's on the wife Blazer.
