knocking in top end

knocking in top end
so i was wandering what was making this knocking in the top end.....i looked in through the oil fill hole in the valve cover and seen 1 rocker arm covered in oil and the other one barely if any oil at all on it and that was where the noise was coming from........clogged pushrod???? any suggestions
