Default Knocking?

My 98 sport xj manual, has a low knocking sound every time I hit bumps, turn it off, or make a tight turn. I know it's not in the engine. When inside the jeep it sounds like its right underneath the passenger seat. The only thing that seems loose is the exhaust, but that makes more of a ding sound. Help!!
