Default how about u-joints?

Would bad-omg how's that still together axle shaft u joints cause problems/noises in the front end with the 4wd engaged that it wouldn't cause in 2H? Also it feels like it's wandering on the road w/ 4wd on(it does need an alignment tho...) Transfer case fluid level was/is good.

English please, i'm not sure what your asking. U-joint issue in 4x4 but not in 2wd is causing your jeep to wander while in 4x4?

Replace both ujoints and check the rest of the front end while your at it, then alignment when your done

Holy hell, this isn't a text message. Write with something atleast RESEMBLING proper english.

From what I can gather, replace the ujoints and get the alignment done.

Yup, you will get popping and jerking when you turn if your front axle u-joints are bad. Worse in 4wd than in 2wd. Mine is popping something fierce on the right, I've been procrastinating mounting up a newer front axle with the bigger axle shafts and new u-joints. Those u-joints are captive, so they rarely come apart. People go for years with them in bad shape, mostly because they're a pain to replace. Once they're replaced, though, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. It makes a huge difference in the way your XJ drives and handles.

I apologize. That's " bad to oh my god..." However, as you can see it is irrelevant to the question. I'm going to re-attache my head. (because you ripped it off) Thanks for the help everyone
