If not, was an oil/oil filter change included in this tune up? If so, what kind of oil filter did you use?

Is it knocking at idle or when the engine is at a higher idle? Is the knock a deep thumping knock or is it kind of a quick tingy rap?

I believe I would go back to 10W-30 with a Wix or NAPA Gold filter. Your oil is a little thick.

x2, or even 10w40. Might also try a quart of marvel mystery oil on your next change.

Have you tried listening to tell where the knock is coming from? Loose torque converter bolts can make a knocking sound...
