kicker panel?

kicker panel?
ok tryin to fix my power windows cuz only driver side is working but i cant get the kicker panel off very stupid question but is it attached my screw or nut?

there is a nut that holds it on that is about 6 inches in front of the hood release. and you have to take the screws out of the panel next to the seat to get it out
