kickdown cable? pictures?
Does anyone have or can anyone take a picture of their kickdown cable where it meets up with the throttle body?
Mine appears to have some slack in it and and it looks like its pulled out further at the end and has some play in it. While I'm slowing down I feel like the transmission doesn't shift down like it normally should and I'm wondering if its related to this or not.
Does its position look different when the vehicles is off vs when its running?
Thanks!

no pics there, but the cable is on your throttle lever.. follow it to the 'D' shaped button that you press to unlock it. Press the button and slide the cable IN to the housing as far as you can. Release the button, and turn the throttle to wide open. You should hear it 'ratchet' in to position. (of course you do all this with the engine OFF) Test drive, you should notice the difference.
Google said lookie here ^^^ That looks like my '93 GC Laredo :-)
If yours is a different year, you should find that somewhere around there too.
