Keeps blowing fuse #11 help!
I've been checking all possible things but can't seem to figure this one out....I haven't been able to look at it in daylight yet due to work but will get a chance tomorrow! Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before

You are not providing a whole lot of relevant information (year, make, model, what fuse where, etc).
I would be really surprised if you received any sort of useable response, you are not the only one in the dark.

OK, you need to provide more on what is happening.
Fuse 11 on the diagram I found is for the fuel pump relay/ASD relay/power control module.
-Does the fuse blow when you just put the key to RUN (not start)
-Does the fuse blow only when in start
-Does the fuse blow after it is already running.
-Does the fuse blow when you put the trans in drive.
-Anything been done recently (new high powered sub woofer installed, spliced in underbody lighting system-looks real cool)
-Removed engine, now it doesn't run.
etc etc.
Us old cranky people can't help if you haven't looked over at least the basics first. You have to be able to reproduce the problem and report back. Otherwise, this is just a "My JEEP is broken" thread.

I don't have '98 wiring diagrams, only '97 and '99. The '97 diagrams shows the Transmission Range Sensor (NSS) being powered by the F11 circuit but the '99 diagram does not, so I'm not sure if the '98 carried over the '97 circuits. The '99 diagram only shows the TCM as being in that fuse circuit.
If the fuse blows as soon as you shift to Drive it could be a defective NSS, or its wiring. The wiring harness for the NSS passes through a connector by the trans dipstick on its way down to the NSS. The harness loom may be cafed through to the wires in this harness, shorting out the [D] circuit (?). Inspect the wiring in this area.

I haven't installed anything recently but I do have a sub woofer and some led lights installed but the lights I used the rigid industries harness....for a while it was popping the fuse when I put the key in the run position...now it only does it after driving about 10-15 feet

Again...how do you know it blows the fuse. Does something magical happen to the Heep when this happens, like the CHECK ENGINE light coming on, or the engine quits, or the transmission doesn't shift...on and on..
WTF?
End of the line mate.

It's typically dark so I can see when it pops then the engine stops
