The right bolt pattern on a cherokee is 5 x 4 1/2 in. Right?

Correct, stock is 5x4.5 5.25BS

I should be ok with 15 x 8 and 4.00bs w/ a set of cooper STT's 31 x 10.5 correct (this is for way in the future after i get a 3.5 RE lift)

sweet man im lookin forward to it do u like the STT's and how do they preform in mud and wet road conditions

Excellent tires, I have over 30 thousand miles on them and they still have at least 20k left. Never once slipped on road even in the wettest of conditions. Also have yet to get stuck with them
