Electric to manual didn't matter on bottom bolts. This may sound dumb but are you sure your not trying to put the pass side on the driver side?

would that be possible? i use a rock under the seat right now to keep it stable. its pretty f up lol. thats why i bought whole new seats for the cherokee. i thinking im bending the front bracket on my new one and try bolting them as is. and if they dont fit ill drill the frame of the bracket if thats possible. ill see what happen tomorrow
