Default '99 Concorde seats in a '00 XJ

Scored some really nice leather seats (electric) from a '99 Concorde. Slightly larger than my '00 XJ base. Any thoughts on where to begin to get them in?

Dismount the rails from both seats.
Then you can take measurements for making a bracket to attach the XJ Seats to the concord seats.

I started to take the Concorde mounts off but they are directly attached to the back frame so if I take them off the back separates too. I'm wondering with the Concorde bases being a few inches lower than the XJ's if I couldn't extend the floor board mount area enough to allow the seats to set high enough to clear the center area without the seats themselves being too high??? Here is a pic showing kinda what I mean about how low they are compared to the original. Maybe 4-6"
