Default Jeep wont turnover?

My jeep was running great, did some work on the brakes, when I finished I went to start the jeep, all my lights work and everthing else, but just wont turn over.

I tried a different battery, checked fuses, checked the starter and Ideas?
I have a 1995 cherokee with the 4.0 hO

Try starting it up in neutral, park drive, and in between. Also, put it in reverse and see if the reverse lights illuminate. If none of this happens...... Nss seems to be the culprit.

Default Thank you , found the problem, kind of!

When I bought it I noticed some strange speaker wire comming from the starter relay, it was the same wire used to power the amp any I rewired the amp and I pulled the wire from under the relay. I was poking around and I found the same speaker wire hacked into what looked a some wires off the main harness. I touched it to the battery and my starter started working. I put the wire back under the starter relay to see what would happen and started my jeep. The engine started but the starter stayed engaged so I pulled the wires and my jeep purrs once again. Now I just have to figure out what they did with all that speaker wire!!!
