hear blinker sound through radio

hear blinker sound through radio
I did some work over the weekend and now I hear the blinker tick through the radio.. I had the starter and battery unplugged while I dropped the pan. Any ideas if this of any concern??

HAS to be a grounding issue
freshen the ground by the battery and check the terminals
