Default Jeep won't start, no power

Hi, now before you start telling me to search the forums realize that this is a two week old problem and I have spent two weeks searching the forums, googling, scouring through my haynes manual and trying everything that I came across as a possible cause.

I sank my jeep in water a few weeks back and it sat for about 15 minutes during the recovery process, everything was flooded up to the center console. We pulled it out and it didn't want to start up, jumped it and it ran for a minute and then cut out and has not started since.

At first (for about 30 minutes after it was pulled out) it would crank but not start and then the starter wouldn't even turn over and then it lost all power, as if the battery wasn't there. This is where I sit two weeks later:

battery tested, good
all fuses good
relays, don't know if they're good but I jumped all of them to see if I could get anything and still nothing.
Starter is good and getting power, jumped it and it turns over.

Anyone have any ideas as to what would cause this? Please remember I have NO POWER AT ALL, it's not just a simple case of no starting. I can't even turn on my interior lighting or use the cigarette lighter.

So it still cranks over? Did you change all your fluids?

The starter cranks yes, but ONLY when I jump the posts on the back of it. That is also the ONLY place I know is getting power for sure because of that jump I did.

No I have not touched my fluids, I am not planning on that until I get it running again.
