I have a 1993 Cherokee with a 4.0L. I have had a problem with it not wanting to start every time. I have replaced the starter, battery, and starter relay. I can go to crank it and nothing happen; then I can go back in 15 min and it cranks right up. Any ideals on where and what to look for? I am thinking it would have to be a electrical problem somewhere.

Check coil and make sure you're getting fire

It makes no noise at all. Starter doesn't even turn over. Going to try the NSS repair. Hope that fixes the problem

Well you had said you can "crank it and nothing happen", which to me meant: it was turning over and the starter was engaging, just weren't getting any fire for it to start. Good luck with the repair!
