Default jeep won't start because if alarm

I disconnected my battery to do work on it, now when I hooked it back up the horn keeps going off, key chain won't stop it, and it wont start. I tried using the key in the doors and hatch but nothing. How can I disable it so I could get it going again? Thank you

Ouch!

Sounds like a Sentry Key Immobilizer System.

What does your ignition key look like, does it have a square-ish black cover or does it have a gray round-ish cover (this will be the SKIS key).

Ishes...

I bypassed for now and got it started but lost my keyless entry in the process....gonna trace the wires hopefully to fully eliminate the sentry (still have lights flashing when the doors open) but regain the keyless entry

And here's the update. ..its an aftermarket alarm that had an immobilizer...removing it altogether and will install my own kill switch, as for the keyless entry im an idiot. ..I have the headliner out along with the overhead light that has the sensor for it....so everything is good now......thank you guys
