jeep will not start
I have a 92 jeep Cherokee 92 4.0, it started running rough the other night when I got stuck in a huge snow drift I ended up getting out that night but it continued to run rough and then this morning I went to start it and it will turn over good but won't physically fire up, it has spark it has fuel and it's got air I replaced the crankshaft position sensor and didn't fix it, replaced the coil pack and nothing changed, someone please have answer for me cuz iv done a lot of research and so far it has help me none.
I had the same problem with the no start on my 88, it ended up being the ground wire on the dipstick, it was dirty, cleaned it up and it has started since. I didn't have the rough idle prior though.
Not 100% sure the 92 is the same as the 88 but there is a ground wire that is connected to the block at the oil dip stick. This is a pic I got off of the internet, not sure what year it is but it will give you an idea what you are looking for, mine was really corroded and oily, I took some sand paper to the connector and cleaned up the block to make sure it had a good contact.
Check out cruiser54's ground refreshing, it solved my electrical problems, the best part it won't cost much to do it.

Pulled the plug with wire on spark plug touch against a good ground and saw spark, pulled fuel filter line turned key sprayed out gas, then pulled the cap by the injectors and turned the key and it also sprayed fuel.
Honestly it could be a number of things. If you are able to check for codes do that, if not then I would clean all of the electrical connections. Was it running fine until you got stuck in the snow bank?
