Maybe 30 min before that I replaced the o2 sensor but wasn't getting anything still. While I was down there I pushed the clips tighter together to ensure nothing would come off.
From our pms sounds like a wiring issue. You got know one that can turn key while you move wiring ?

Sounds like the guy who owned it before you cousin wasn't the greatest at fixing a vehicle properly. Perhaps he ghetto rigged some stuff to make it work long enough to sell it.
There's quite a few connectors (similar to the CPS) that aren't clipped together and a few loose wires. No major bare wires I can see. I keep seeing something about an ECU (computer) being bad. Anything about that?
Also something about a ceramic fuel thing?

I just checked all the fuses under the dash just for some reason and nothing's wrong down there. There is a spot that say "IGN" that is open but that's all except for a fried radio fuse

Very rarely do ecms go bad on renix , theres a white ceramic thing on drivers fender well that drops voltage to pump to quiet it down will not affect spark though . Theres one other thing poassible could be check theresx4 relays by you passenger fender well. Could be having a issue with thexasd relay you coud try switch the ac relay in it spot,

Do you have a photo or diagram that could show me this? I'm bouncing between garage and Jeep due to snow and can't find my book.

That's just to tap into for power when keys in run position. Fuses may look god bbut to really check them you need to confirm power in and out when keys in run position.

Switch the power latch relay with the ac relay. Does your ac work at all ?

I wonder if your flex plate got damaged.

It would have busted your old CPS and also your new CPS. Just for grins, you should pull your new CPS and verify that it isn't cracked or damaged. If it is still good then we can at least rule out anything down there.

I can do that tomorrow. So if the flex plate is damaged and (destroyed the first CPS) when the plate is spinning due to damage the new CPS can't read it and therefore no spark?
