does it crank slow? or crank for a long time? if it cranks slow id say its probably the starter though you may want to check the condition of your batter cables for corrosion traveling down towards the starter

I'd start by checking your cables and all their connections. Clean the terminals at the battery and all the way down to the starter. No matter how good your battery is, if your connections are corroded you still aren't going to get the juice you need. As said there's not much info to go on here.
my 99 does the same thing...im certain mine is the fuel sendng unit. if i turn the keys (all the way w/o starting) a bunch off times back and forth. it starts up without a hiccup. if that works for you.....its def the fuel sending unit
