jeep idles low then goes back to normal in the rain...help

Ok so today driving to school I stopped at a light and my jeep dropped down to 500 then goes back up to 1000rpm. I can't figure out what causes this..it only happens when it rains anyone know?

Poor diagnosis.

Have the vehicle checked for any open/short circuits.

Dunno about the rain thing but mine did this, I cleaned these out along with the throttle body, and it cured it as well as the power loss I was having while it was cold... Either way, they get filthy and it's a good Idea to clean them out anyways. I actually gained a little acceleration and mileage too.
