Does anybody know where to buy the "Jeep" emblem that goes right in front of the hood on the Header panel?

I asked my dealer and they can't get one and I can't find them on eBay. I replaced my header panel and I need the emblem to put on there now.

The last deer I hit ripped my Jeep letters off mine as well. I was just going to buy the letters at AZ and install them.

 

Why don't you just go to the junkyard and put them in your pocket?

I robbed some off a xj at a pick and pull and just cleaned the back up good and put on some new 3m double sided tape

 

I typed in on ebay "jeep logo" and the emblem for the hood comes up several times ranges in price from $10 - $20. The local pick a part is probably a better option because its five finger free.

 

my local junkyards don't charge for any emblems.

 

Junkyard, either gonna be free or they'll charge you like $2

 

I gotta friend works at pnp here so he gives me alot of stuff free lol just to clarify I didn't steal them

 

I looked at approx 15 xjs last weekend, pull / pay

easy to find in CO .. lots of emblems available

they do give away freebies

I had a bag full of large fuses/relays/screws/misc .. thrown in free, probably $150 new .. shoulda grabbed some sensors knowing that now


i did spend $70 though .. found an almost new open sys. coolant bottle (macgyvered in a renix engine .. funny), battery box, nice pass side mirror, extra roof rack, a new looking cowl, wiper transmission .. couldnt find a fan shroud .. all busted .. & the memories after seeing some 2.8l V6 motors



On emblem note .. I may go back this weekend for a couple things i forgot .. what are they worth to you ? shipping would be less than $5

 

LOL of the 15+ Cherokees in my local bone yard I didn't see one with a front clip.

 

When I bought mine used, the previous owner took it off although it seems to look pretty still in combination with the push bar.

 

Lucky you! Is that the only problem in your Jeep?
Don't know about "Jeep", but I just bought "Sport" from local dealer.

 

Type "Jeep Cherokee" into e-bay. There all over the place.
