Jeep Cherokee XJ 2.5TD 2001

Hi all, please help../

Does anybody have pics of proper vacuum pipes setup to turbo actuator?
Pretty sure actuator is stuck as well, any ideas?

Engine: 2.5 L Diesel VM Motori & modified 2.5L Diesel VM Motori

One one hose from the compressor to the wastegate.
Gate must start to open at 1.5 bar.
