Jeep Cherokee 1988 crank, no start
Howdy,
I'm having an issue with my jeep cranking but not starting. I've done some preliminary tests and was hoping for some help troubleshooting.
At the moment, I've tested the fuel lines using a pressure gauge and it seems that I'm getting between 40 and 50 psi when cranking the engine, but after releasing the pressure and putting the key into the on position, there is no pressure at all. Is this normal?
Also, a weird thing to note is that my jeep doesn't seem to start when it's warm outside (its 75 degrees Fahrenheit currently).
Any help would be appreciated, I plan on testing the the distrubutor and spark plugs in a bit.
Thanks,
Abrehm
