I can understand that. The beefier, the stronger. The beefiest arms I've seen are JKS. I saw a set at 4wd hardware installed on the vehicle in the showroom. Those things are BEEF...but come at a high cost. You might like those.

For the cost of buying Claytons Crossmember and the ironman long arms you may as well just buy the Clayton long arm kit and save the hassle.
As a side note the irons arms do have a flex joint option.

I have the RC controll arms and they are crazy strong. I think my truck would break before they did. I love them. Look at the ironman one the U strap design thing just looks weak to me like it will bend with even a half a$$ bump. Check the RC ones though Stron and similar to a stock style and has the flex joints. Which I think are a must b/c the upper bar sits angled but the mounting hole seems straighter. I love them and would rec. them to anyone. Oh and also get the Drop down brackets makes for a smooth ride.

YES we know rough country makes some good control arms and I have their lowers. I look at both arms and both are built strong and neither are gonna fail. The welds are good, bushings are tight, steel is strong, and they bolt up nice and tight. Nothin wrong with these arms. I'm not posting this to compare them with other arms. I'm posting this because I am reviewing these arms for others who may want control arms that don't cost a fortune and still hold up.
If you like RC's arms, great, but please refrain from posting how much better they are. There's no competition here, just a review of these arms. Thanks.

I looked at the site and was thinking of ordering a set too, but I want the swivel joints and he only sells them for the lowers. And judging on the price, I think they'd come out to be about as much as the RC x flex. So I'll prob get mine from RC, if the IM were less, I'd prob get those. They look well built too.
OP, let us know how you like 'em!
