Hey guys. I didn’t see anything about this specifically. When I turn on my intermittent wipers they come on, but the intermittent function doesn’t work. It’s like I just turn them on low. Would this be a switch problem or something else? Thanks.

A quick search would have brought you more threads than you can read. It's due to the Intermittent Wiper Module and just about every XJ has had this issue or will have it. They aren't being made anymore, so you're only option is a salvage yard or eBay.
See this thread for more info:

Sometimes, it's just a bad trace on the circuit board, and it can be repaired. Search for more information on that.

I did perform a search. I searched here and did a google search, but like I said in my original post, I didn’t see anything specific to what I was experiencing. Anyway, thank you for the link and I’ll either deal with it, or try and locate a newer one from the JY.
I have the same problem but came to the guess that it was not the module. I pulled mine out and saw nothing "burnt" on the board. Plus all the post suggested their intermittent wipers did NOT work. Like you, mine come on, they just have no "delay". Was leaning towards the switch since a guess would be the switch alters the signal for the delay.
There are only a few wires going into that box so the delay time period has to be determine by the switch right?
I have bigger fish to fry right now, but I was going to look at the wiring diagram to find the correct pin, and put a multimeter on there as I change the delay time to see any voltage changes.

mine didn't work either, I opened it up and seen nothing wrong, after I bought 6 from the junkyard and only 2 worked. 1st one went into redmuck #1 and 2nd one went into redmuck 2.0.
