Default Intermittent power loss

About two months ago, just cruising 55 my motor started losing power, bogging out, jumping back up when you gave it alot of gas, but cruising the rpms were jumping up and down. Pulled over, shut it off, started it back up, ran fine for two months.

Now in the past few days it has been doing the same thing again, it will be running fine, full power and acceleration, then it will start bogging out, running VERY rough at an idle but not stalling. The thing that gets me is all it takes is a restart of the motor and it runs fine again.

I know it could be numerous things, I plan on checking some things out tomorrow, but i'd just like to hear some ideas because the fact that it runs fine after a restart has me somewhat confused on where I should be looking for a problem.

i would start with the sensors, check map, tps, iac valve, maybe injectors.

The problem has become not intermittent but permenant. I'm about to start checking sensors in the garage. The wierd thing is, it runs fine unless its rolling. It was barely running until i pulled it into the garage and once it was completely stopped it idled fine again

Check for fuel pressure. With a gauge.
