my roof light inside the jeep has been bugging me lately it keeps falling down and hanging off the wire, i was thinking about just drilling holes or something to secure it also the bulb is pretty dim what can i do to fix this?

 

Repair the mount properly and no more issues, then check all grounds.

 

I believe there is a screw that holds the bracket up with the light in it. that's probably both issues.

 

Isn't there a stud that a speed nut slides on?

 

im not very sure, i bought a used 1998 jeep cherokee xj. i was just driving one day and the whole light just popped out froom the roof so i don't know what screws were in there ill send a pic
