3" for 31's will be good. i believe american racing makes D window ones, do a google search for them.

Well I seen them in the American Racing website, and it doesn't say a price, but I'm going to do a google search on them right now

i dont know what the negative numbers mean and what not..

but i think 17's are too big? should i be looking into 15's?

yes look into 15x8's because the tire prices will be cheaper on a 15" wheel. as for the negative numbers that is the bolt pattern of the wheel. the bolt pattern on your vehicle is 5-4.5
