Interior Lights/Radio

Hello guys! I cant seem to get my interior lights to work at all. I have looked at the interior fuses and they all look OK (it doesn't match what's in the manual though?) Does anyone have any ideas?

test light! see if you got power at the lights to start with. yes?
next up, bad ground?
bad switches...all things i've had problems with before.
