X2 On the bedliner. I did that on the lower part of my XJ and it really toughened up it's look. Plus it was super cheap and easy to do, like a $25 project with the duplicolor brand spray bombs. I also like how it protects the paint from normal road grime and stones and whatnot. I'm going to be doing bedliner all the way up to the upper bodyline soon though, as I completely ruined my paint wheeling yesterday. Or you could add some inexpensive Wal-Mart driving lights, maybe a cheap DIY short ram style intake, or an inexpensive performance muffler for a bit more rumble? I dunno, the list of cheap mods just goes on and on. And I love cheap mods!!
