installed 3.5 inch tuff country lift/ front drive shaft issue
Installed Tuff Country 3.5 inch lift and now have vibration when in 4 wheel and my mech. tells me after installing lift he noticed the front drive shaft is pushed all the way into transfer case spleen and rear drive shaft had moved away from tranny spleen. Has anyone had this issue? and how to fix? Thanks for any help with this.

try this first.....
90% of the time a XJ with 3.5" of lift does not require a transfer case drop kit or an eliminator kit. So be for you go and spend big cash on something you might not need. Try and remove the transfer case lowering kit and put the transfer case back in its original position. It sounds like your XJ didn't need it. The case drop kit sounds like it tipped the rear of the case to much and pushed the front axel deeper into the angel. Hence loosening up the rear drive shaft and tightening up the front.
Your wondering why your lift kit came with a T case lowering kit. Its because some XJ's actually need it if they get the vibes without it and that's when you install it. After you experience the vibes. Try this before you spend the money on an eliminator kit. Save the T case lowering kit for the future for when you put on a bigger kit. Good Luck
